Low FPS with solid specs problem

Hi,

I have Asus x550DP with4GB RAM,(APU) AMD A10 quadcore 2.5ghz, and (GPU) AMD HD 8670m 2GB. This are some solid specs to play some relatively new games, but not some big names like GTA V etc. So im not some type of guy who had 100 games on Steam and play it all day, but I play Gulid Wars 2, COD 4.. My problem is that my fps is terrible, literally, I have been looking at my friends PC-s which have worse specs then I, but they got like 60fps on COD4 Medium graphics or steady 40FPS on GW2, But i got f**** 20-25 fps on COD4 Medium graphics or 20-25 fps in GW2 on some custom but lets say Low-Medium graphics. HOW? I was trying to find answer, but i dont know what is problem, people say that it could be Dual graphics problem, but I dont know how to fix it, and what to fix, I have tried some of solutions but nothing helps..

what are the specs of your friends computer?

what resolution does your friend play at?

do you monitor temps? what are your max temps?

I don't know specifically type of his specs, but i know he has CPU - AMD Quad core 2.3, GPU is some old 512MB, and he has 4GB of RAM, he plays at 1024x768. My GPU temp is ~58°C. I have tried the same graphics settings as him at COD4, and i got 25 fps whille he has steady 60...
