Question Low GPU usage, not bottleneck

I play a lot of Fortnite and I am experiencing some weird things. While monitoring the game as I was experiencing FPS drops I noticed how high CPU usage was at certain times, and how low GPU usage was. I have no clue what is going on or why it's happening, so I am just going to list some things I noticed and forgive me if I sound any bit stupid. While on the menu screen if I switched from the character screen to the store, my CPU usage would go way up and the FPS would drop to around 30-40s. If i went back to character screen and back to store again the same thing would happen but it wouldnt be as drastic this time. This doesn't affect gameplay but there's more. When I load in to a game lobby and everyone else is loading in, the CPU usage, once again goes really high to 90-100% while GPU stays at around 30-40%. The same thing happens when I jump out of the bus my FPS go really low and my CPU usage goes really high while my GPU is barely being utilized at 40%. All my settings are on low and I play a resolution of 1656x1080 because I like the look of stretchs.
If anyone has any suggestions please tell my below. I've already tried lots of things but nothing has worked.
My specs:
Ryzen 3 2200g
GTX 1060 3gb
8gb RAM @ 2666mhz
550W PSU
240GB SSD

is that ram running on single channel? i have the same issue its because of the ram especially for ryzen that loves higher bandwidth
