Question low gpu usage

Hi ive been having a problem with mu gpu for quite a while.When im gaming it has 0-5% gpu usage and my fps is low Can someone help me?

i have a gtx 1050 i3 6100 and 8gb ram ddr4 i usuallu play games like league of legends csgo and i have bought games like bo4 and ac odyssey but cant play due to this

no it actually has a very low temperature
