Low Memory Issue Crash

[FlashGuard]

So i have have NO issues until August 25th 2018. Before i get into all the technical issues i will first provide my system information.

CPU:
AMD RYZEN 7 1700 8-Core 3.0 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W
OVERCLOCKED TO 3.5GHz

RAM:
Team T-Force Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200)

GPU:
ASRock Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX 580 DirectX 12 RX580 8G OC 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN A 1070

PSU:

Ok So lets get into the Technical aspect of this. Since i have spent a few days working on this i can state that i have tried almost everything. I will post video links as well for people having this issue in case it produces a solution.

Disabled Superfetch
Disabled Windows Search
Disabled HDD PAGE FILE
Disabled PC Hibernation Cace

Defragmented
Disk Cleaned

Some of these where because my HDD was reaching 100% usage at times.

I Just reinstalled Ark, Validated Files found 2 errors. After resolving the issue i started ark. sat in menu for about 10 minutes. 3 minutes into loading a server the error shown above appeared again. The first time the error came up was while playing. AMD DRIVERS UPDATED YESTURDAY IN ATTEMPT TO HELP ISSUE.

So. Lets dig in? Any ideas?

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS FOR A SINGLE GAME. BUT IN CASE ITS HARDWARE RELATED I AM POSTING THIS THREAD. ALSO ANY IDEAS ON HDD 90% to 100% DURING GAMING? IT ALSO HITS THAT WHEN DISK CLEAN IS RUNNING

ive been searching for days. Is there a way to resolve it? i mean i had 0 issues for months and now it just randomly starts?

That's the problem; your system is using more then 16GB of RAM, and with no Page File to swap data into and out of RAM, the system is crashing due to running out of memory.

There is really no justification for disabling the Page File; this is the EXACT reason why it exists.

Thats the odd thing. the game is not supposed to eat that much ram. What is odd is that this issue occured after over 100 hours of game time. So its a new issue. i am trying to figure out why it is effecting me now

Windows/Driver updates probably. Regardless, there really isn't any reason to have the Page File disabled; it's not like HDD space is at a premium these days.
