[SOLVED] Low Minecraft FPS on high end PC

Hey!

Recently I realised that my minecraft is running with 85-110 FPS on my High End Computer. I don't have shaders on, I don't have mods installed. I first noticed this problem while playing with Minecraft 1.16.4
I saw that I had 2GB of RAM allocated, so I decided to turn it up, since I have more than that. It didn't work. I decided to reinstall Java, it didn't fix anything. I have the latest version of 64bit Java installed, still nothing.
Could someone please look into this?
My Minecraft is also java, it's not cracked!

My Specs:
CPU: i5-9400F
GPU: XFX RX 580 8GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666Mhz
SSD: 500GB
HDD: 2TB

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage?

I can't check my PSU at the moment, but I don't think that that's the issue, because other games run good with it


CPU USAGE: 35% / Can't check it
GPU USAGE: 50% / 57 Celsius



RAM: 63% (only 2GB used, so something must be wrong with my RAM)
And I don't know how to check my SSD usage

you should go into the launcher then click installations click 1.16.4 advanced options then turn -Xmx2G to 16 also im having the same problem even with the ram allocated my specs are:
msi armor rx 580
ryzen 5 3600
b450 pro 4
corsair vengenace lpx 16gb 3200mhz
and a 750 watt power supply
