[SOLVED] Low performance and score with decent system, No idea what's Happening!

Hey all, I've got a system that's not too old (~a year or two) and it seems to be performing extraordinarily poorly... (Some game bog into 40-50 fps on 1080 with med settings) I did notice my GPU seems to run a bit warm, and scores extremely low on benchmarking, but I have no idea how to fix it! Ideas?

that's a fairly low rated power supply.
it could be an issue by not providing stable power when the graphics card most needs it.

it's also possible that your 3200MHz RAM is holding back the possible performance of the Ryzen 7 CPU which will then be feeding less frames per second to the GPU.

I Included Idle Temps, but the 3DMark run is showing 86C avg for GPU and 80C avg for CPU

The Games giving me issues are:
War Thunder
Final Fantasy 14
Forza Horizon 5
Heroes of the Storm
Sea of Thieves

Also Star Citizen, but I know that's kid of a low frame expectation for anything right now.

I Included Idle Temps

those are very high for idle temperatures.
for a well designed desktop system i would expect half of those posted for CPU & GPU.
it's very possible that you are experiencing thermal throttling while playing games.
keep an eye on temps while gaming with an OSD running and see what they are reaching.

what CPU cooler are you using,
what case is the system housed in,
what case fans are you using, where are they positioned, what is their orientation, and how are the fan's RPM being controlled?
