Question Low performance on GTX1050

Hello, I have had this issue since I bought the graphics card. I have an fx6300 paired with a Zotac GTX1050 . i have seen in games like GTA 5 where they get 40-60 fps on ULTRA on 1080p, but I play on 1366x768 and I get 40-60 fps on low settings. I also have this issue in other games where I should have great fps due to resolution and the graphics card, but I get low fps.
On Csgo I get around 50fps on ULTRA and my gpu is supposed to run 100+fps on esport games.
My rig:
AMD FX6300
GTX1050
8GB RAM
1TB 7200RPM HDD
I have read that my CPU is enough for the gpu, bit maybe it's bottlenecking it in someway, or the resolution is too low for the gpu. Please help!

update your drivers if you haven't done that.
scan for malware and viruses .
if it is a windows problem then a reset would be very helpful.

and the cpu and the gpu are a perfect match so you shouldn't get bug bottlenecks.
The 8gb of ram is outdated and can cause performance drops in some open world games . especially Gta V . my advice for you Is to get a 2x8 ram
