Question Low performance On Rof strix scar 2(RTX 2070)

I,ve just bought this new scar 2 with the rtx 2070 model,but the performance for a 2070 seems very low!In Pubg,Im not able to average more than 62 fps and in rainbow six siege not more than a 100 in any of the settings.Any idea what the problem might be?

Its a ROG Strix Scar 2 (RTX 2070)
The gpu temp is in the 70's
The cpu temp is in the 90's
16Gb ddr4 memory(Single channel)2666mhz
Pcu model-ADP-230GB B
Cpu-17 8750H

Its a Laptop!So im not very sure about the model number of my motherboard!Its the scar 2 gl704gw with the rtx 2070
