I upgraded from a 3500x and updated my BIOS to the latest version and all runs well, my idle temps hover around 42c and on 100% load stays on 55c sometimes reaching 60c. PBO is enabled in BIOS and my settings are set as:
PPT: 140
TDC: 90
EDC: 160
All cores: -20mV
+200Mhz

Cinebench R23 reports a 12,395 score on multi core, far from the average 15,000 score or 14,000+ scores from other 5700X benches, prior to enabling PBO however I did get only around 11,000 as a score

I'm well aware the A320m is not the best board for this kind of CPU, but unfortunately I'm in no position right now to upgrade to B550 or anything like that:/
My question is, is the MoBo really the problem? Will I get any luck upgrading to even a B450? is the RAM the problem?

MOBO: Gigabyte A320m-S2h
GPU: Zotac RTX 2070 Mini
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSportsDuo
RAM: PNY 16GB 2666Mhz -- Overclocked to 1.27V 3200Mhz 16-18-18-20 (single channel, planning on adding another 16GB soon)
PSU: Zalman ZM700-TX 230V Eu

Also to note my VRMs run on 74c at load and hits 80 when playing a game for a long time but doesn't seem to throttle me
thank you everyone

And if it helps:

thank you for the tip! i noticed compared to those who get 15,000 their CPU Wattage hovers around 100W, i seem to be stuck on 77.895W, though i don't know how to make it use more power
