seems about right to me, first off you have a 32bit os so your only recognizing a little more the 3 gigs of ram. the processor is average to put it simply, Also taken into consideration that that isnt your average score to the right its the lowest score. your average is in fact higher.

EDIT:your average is in fact 3.5 so a little higher.

The issue of 32 vs. 64-bit wouldn't make much of a difference in terms of the WEI score. My Core 2 Quad scores somewhere in the low 5s if I remember correctly. I'm not sure where the Core 2 Duos sit... but that does seem a little on the low side to me as well.

seems about right to me too, i've found that doing a wei benchmark 2 or 3 boots after a clean install (meaning all hardware relavant drivers are installed, no accessory software installed yet) and a defrag with no running software in the background gives me the best score. But my C2D 8100 @ 2.1Ghz = 5.6 so yeah seems a bit strange; motherboard could be hampering it...

I have 8GB of DDR2-800 CL-6, gives a 7.5 in WEI
