Question Lower performance than seen on YouTube benchmarks

Hi, I generally have a lower performance than seen on YouTube benchmarks even though I have the same specs.

gpu - rx 570 4gb ( latest drivers )
mobo - asrock h81m-vg4 r2.0
ram - 2x8gb 1600mhz
cpu - e3 1231 v3
psu - aerocool 450w ( tier d )


in BFV while ppl can get over 80fps i can hardly get 60

tested the gpu on another pc with i3 12100f and it worked fine

but my mobo has pcie2 but the gpu is pcie3
idk what the problem is

ye but can it be vrm issue? or psu cuz 8pin cables are kinda fried idk xd

the psu blew... the pcb has a big dark circle XD
