Lowest Percentage

I was wondering what the lowest completion percentage is whilst still
finishing all the 'Story missions'?

I got 59% after completion of the main story, and about 60 hours of
play. I know I did some extras - about 20 tags, but only a handfull of
oysters and horseshoes, and no photos. Only did the minimum requirement
for girlfriends for mission completion, and I did absolutely no races
beyond those required to advance the story. I did do the Caligula
heist, but only one of Zero's missions.

I did the same. Played straight through the missions and only completed the
side items that I stumbled across.

I don't remember exactly but I think I was around 59% also.

Pretty sure somewhere in the 40's. I had something like 52%, I think, and I
wasn't being careful not to do anything that would count.

Oh, I dunno, I always start with the tags and I always do the photos
etc. I don't do zero and I I sometimes don't do the heist. I suppose
it might be fun to find out though
