lowsh Vio core voltages

Does this indicate the power to the 3.3v devices on the mobo?
My NF7-S Vio drops to between 3.07 and 3.10.At 3.10 Hardware doctor sounds
an alarm, so I adjusted it down to 3.07 and haven't heard a peep since.
This occurs at the beginning of the nature benchmark and the pixel shader
benchmark in 3D Mark 2001SE.
The alarm only sound momentarily. I have only heard it one other time when
playing XIII, and again only briefly.

Athlon XP 2500 cpu
2*256 ddr400 sdram PC3200
HIS Radeon 9800 pro, no other PCI cards
2* seagate ata100 in RAID 0 with serialle adapters, plus 1 IDE HDD.
L & C technology inc lc-B400 ATX400w power supply
Combined load;
+5v & +3.3v 220w
+5v & +12v 380w
Total Output 400w max.

ATM I don't really consider this a problem as the system is stable and
nothing crashes or locks up.
Vcore is set at 1.775v and fsb is 192mhz
-5 sits at -5.24 which might be a tad on the low side, but never falls out
of range.
While I accept this is probably a shortcoming of the generic PSU that came
with the case, my question is will this be detrimental to the PC in general?
I assume adding more hardware might change things, but for the moment unless
someone gives me a good reason to buy another PSU I will stick with this one
for the moment.
P.S. I did google but can't find much on low Vio voltages.

+3.3v should be within +-5%, or no lower than 3.135v. However, as long
as the system is stable, I wouldn't worry about it. Keep an eye on it,
though, especially if you add any hardware. The negative voltages are
not used, so just ignore them.

Cheers for that. If voltage was too high I would worry.
Another thought occured to me, would the onboard sound and Silicon SATA
controller equate to 2 PCI cards? I assume they draw power from the mobo
since they are peripherals.

Don't you have option to manually set IO voltage in bios? You could always
go up 1 notch, and see if it is close to 3.3 then..
Mine is at 3.38 :)
