Question M.2 little bend

After installing the m.2 on my Asus rog strix b650e-f i notice a little bend

Is the system working?

Did you have to "force in" the m.2?

m.2 specs?

Did you miss a standoff?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Is the m.2 installed in Socket 1 (M.2_1)?

Verify that I found the applicable User Manual.

I see an "empty stand-off in the image - seems odd....

Take a couple additional photographs to show a wider view of the m.2 installation.

That bend doesn't look significant. Still, check out what @Ralston18 wrote.

Actually bend looks quite excessive.
SSD is probably not making proper contact with heatsink because of this.

If you remove heatsink, does SSD stay bent?
Thermal pads might be improperly placed and that is causing excessive bend.
