I bought an m.2 drive for my pc I swore it had an m.2 slot on my Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 R5 motherboard however It doesn't so I bought an M.2 adapter card to slot into a spare PCIe slot. All went well, went to disk management to format the drive, the drive appeared on my PC and I cloned my c: drive onto the m.2. However, when I went into BIOS to set the M.2 as the first boot option I couldn't find it as an option in the boot priority list. The M.2 works fine as a drive just can't get it to be a boot drive.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
