M.2 PCI-e 3.0 : MSI H110l Pro || GA-H110N

Hello,

I've been sort of desperately looking across the internet for information on this, of which for some reason I can't find any at all...

These boards:

Do they both (none...some...?) support PCI-Express 3.0 m.2, or do they simply support PCI-Express 2.0?

I'm making a build and all of a sudden I got blind-sided with this question, and I've spent the last several hours researching this. If for some reason someone knows of other boards that are mini-itx, LGA-1151, and m.2 PCI-E 3rd gen -- any and all listings would help me out.
