Umm both generally good either way may just be limited to which port you use

NVMe uses M.2 slot but it's up to MB and it's BIOS which types, available also as SATA and PCIe x2 modes (NVMe is PCIe x4 mode). Most MB can do all in first M.2 slot but may be limited to SATA or PCIe x2 modes in second slot.
