Question M.2 SSD disappeared

When I first went into the BIOS the the M.2 SSD and when I rebooted to the BIOS the the M.2 SSD no longer shows up. This is a new build. Everything else seems okay. Please help.

MSI MPG Carbon
i7/9700
2x8GB ram in slots 2 & 4
RTX 2070 Super graphics card
1TB SSD plugged in to M.2-2 slot
4TB HDD plugged in to SATA 4

I had the HDD originally plugged in to SATA 6 and it would see the SSD but not the HDD,
When I plugged the HDD in to SATA 4 both drives showed up. When I re-booted to the BIOS now only the HDD shows up.
