I’ve had my build for over a year now and just yesterday I noticed that one of my drives was not showing up. My E drive I went to check the drives physically and noticed one of my M.2 adds we’re hanging out of the slot it was still screwed into the standoff by the stand off was not attached to the motherboard anymore. Any idea on what I should do whether I go through the warranty process or should I fix it myself?

A few options.

1) Go threw the RMA process if you can afford to leave the system down for a week or so, Probably the best option though.

2) You can buy a m.2 to PCI-e card, they work just fine and should be able to boot from it since it is a x570 board.

3) You could try and fix it, I mean there are many different ways you can go about this, I mean you could also use the hot glue to hold it down, and its removable if need be, just don't go crazy with it, I'd use a small dab under the m.2 closes to where the screw was.

4) Use another m.2 slot if you have one.

Good luck!

Hot glue wouldn’t affect the warranty right? Also would the heat from the m.2 be an issue with hot glue. Having the pc down for a week isn’t my first option for sure but may need to do that anyways.

Another question I had was if I could take it to micro center? Would they be able to attach it or weld it back on?

You mention microcenter.
If you bought it there, perhaps they would replace the motherboard for you.
If you send it back to the factory, you are looking at a month or more.
This is a mechanical fix, not really an electrical fix.
I think I would try to affix the standoff to the motherboard via a bit of epoxy.
If that does not work well, you can look at an add in pcie m.2 adapter card.

No it wont, Hot glue can be removed pretty easy if you so need to RMA it for any reason, Glu would work but I wouldn't really recommend it on something thats still under warranty as you can't remove vary easy it if drips down on the board or anything else, and I find it to be a little hard on coating on PCB's, it'll end up fogging it up sorta like how it reacts to plastic.
