[SOLVED] M27Q Monitor Not connecting through DP or HDMI

I have recently got a new monitor and haven't had enough desk space to use my old one but now that I do I get no signal from it at all. I've tried hdmi and dp cables, they are secure and work, but still no input. Also went to display settings and tried to detect it but still nothing.
I have an rtx 3070, Ryzen 5 5600g 2 sticks of 8gb ram and a 650W psu

Since your CPU has integrated graphics, did you try plugging the HDMI/DP to the slot on the motherboard (not the GPU)? If it works when doing this then your GPU might be seated improperly or isn't functioning correctly.

Yeah I've tried DP on the GPU (which works with my main 240hz monitor) and hdmi on my motherboard for the second one

All good, was using the motherboard hdmi when there was a GPU hdmi available
