Mac looking desktop

where do i go or what do i need to download to get my computer desktop to have icon bubbles kinda like mac instead of a task bar.

i had a pic of it but i lost it if i find it again ill post it if you dont know what im talking about.

you can install the windowblinds from www.windowblinds.net/ and then download the skin you want to apply it also has that mac like looks skin as well.
