By "done this" I presume you mean to download some mah-jongg software from
the internet? Yes, of course someone has. If you want to try out real
4-player mah-jongg software, see the extensive list of sites in FAQ 5. If
you are just looking for tile-matching software, see FAQ 12 (and further
conversations about tile-matching should properly take place at a different
