Question Mail app is blurry ?

for some reason the windows 11 mail app (or outlook now ig) goes blurry and unblurry when I move my mouse over it. I've had the same issue with another program that was down to hardware acceleration but I don't know how to turn it off on the mail app. What is causing this to happen in the first place and how can I stop it?

this for if the whole screen is blurry. I only have this problem with the mail app

The "mail app" menu choice that blurs and unblurs is actually supposed to be the "Inbox" - correct?

Are you able to right click the menu item and view properties?

If so, then do so.

Then do the same for the the other menu items that do not blur.

Look for some property with the menu item that is unexpectedly different from the other menu choices.

It's not just the inbox, it's the entire app. Right clicking does nothing
