Can someone please give me an idiots guide to set up mail
merge - not with e-mail?

I want to list all my names and addresses I suppose in a
database and be able to print them onto labels to send
out Xmas cards.

I have 'Ability'database on my computer.

PLEASE HELP!!! It's driving me crazy trying to figure it
out.

Thanks

Open Microsoft word..
Search in the built in help in word for "mail merge" or "labels".

The information is provided "as is", it is suggested you research for
yourself before you take any advice - you are the one ultimately
responsible for your actions/problems/solutions. Know what you are
getting into before you jump in with both feet.

Shenan,

You have several options.
Your database can be a MS Word table, an Excel spreadsheet, or an Access
database.

You can use MS Word or MS Publisher to perform the mail merge. Try the F1
Key in either.
