Major issues with PC

Just to start this off, this all started when I had 2 RX 480's and tried to put in my RX Vega with them...... and also I installed CCleaner and malware bytes
The first time I installed all three within seconds of booting my computer crashed. I used a crash tracker to find that almost everytime it was related to a .dll file, which in this case was msohknru.sys. The only way I could seem to get my computer to stay on for any long period of time, was by using 1 graphics card. Every once and a while I would try and install it and get this

Sometimes though when it didnt give me that error it would say
Graphics
No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware. 

Also everytime I shut down my PC I get an error with Origin which might me helpful to know

Also everytime my computer starts I get
Scanning and repairing drive (\\?\Volume(7a6b3ec3-04d1-4343-ad66-a8af576980e7)): 10

2 times I had my computer have an error stopping booting saying
BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc000009a

I have ran CCLeaner many times and found that almost everytime I have missing DLL files which I repair.

So what I need help to do, is to be able to actually use 2 graphics card until full load, and maybe even three

Let me get this straight...you have two RX 480 video cards installed(for crossfire config) and then you put in an RX Vega(56 or 64, doesn't matter) into the SAME system? No wonder in doesn't work and you get errors such as it's telling you it doesn't recognize the appropriate drivers. You either leave in the RX 480's together or take them out and install the RX Vega card(with appropriate Vega driver)by itself...not both.
