I cant open some files,, keep getting this message: " Make sure Personal is running on your PC, then try again "
I cant find where personal is on my PC to turn it on.. please help. Windows 11 laptop.

The headline on the message is (Can,t open this file); and then it says;( Make sure andrew-Personal is running on your PC, then try again.)

It only tells me to make sure personal is running on PC,,?? and i have no idea where to find personal on my PC ?

Solved my PC issue...it seems one drive was not in sync.
