Make WLAN Port into ethernet port

Dear All,
i am sorry first kinda newbee on this networking stuff.
so i have a Cable Ethernet from ISP, a Wireless router, a phone and a Laptop.

now is it possible to "bridge" connection to my phone using my laptop to my phone?

Topology
Ethernet CableISP <-> Laptop <bridge via WLAN> Wireless router <-> Phone

PS: my ISP using proxy, then for some reson when i connect the ISP cable to ethernet port on my router, it doesnt work.

You really don't need the wireless router in your device chain. Just use the laptop as a WIFI hotspot and connect the phone to it.

ya Kanewolf is right, you can do that
well other option is to create a ad-hoc network, i just came up with adhoc network a few days ago,

the basic concept is:
1) your pc get internet via broadband/dongle, now just plug the wifi dongle/wifi card 9which will act as a wifi receiver for ur pc )
and share ur ethernet/broadband/dongle internet via changing the property of wifi machine from wifi receiver to wifi hotspot.
