I'm going to build a gaming PC, for Overwatch. My budget would be 200-300€. Could anyone help me with finding parts for the computer? Thanks.

Solution
As others have said you're seriously going to struggle at this budget because Overwatch doesn't run on a free OS like Linux so you'd need to buy Windows and that's 30% of your budget gone immediately.

What country are you based in? I'll use Germany as an example:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Celeron G3900 2.8GHz Dual-Core Processor (€40.76 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€53.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€24.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 160GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€19.90 @ Amazon...

That's about as good as I can come up with really, my laptop has Haswell integrated graphics and the game is barely playable at 720P. This system wiould perform slightly better so that might just about do it at 720P minimum settings but doesn't include an OS. If you could add a $100 graphics card later you'd be looking at 40FPS+ish minimum at max settings.
