So I messed up and got malwared hard. I cannot use the reset this pc function and I have no restore points, can’t even use reset this pc in safe mode, trying to use a tool off of the internet to reset to base windows 10 gives me and error and anything I look at online that talks about how to remove the malware triggers my browser to close, so I’m using my phone to type this. It’s a SVCHost malware that Malwarebytes nor like 3 other AV scans have been able to remove. I’m out of options here, I don’t have a USB to download windows 10 boot onto. Anyone please help?

You may have to borrow a computer and wipe your drive through there. Or, you could get a disc which has Windows on it and boot from there. Through there you can wipe your hard drive and/or upgrade your version as well.

There's not much else you can do if you aren't able to successfully safe or secure boot.

Another way to reset Windows 10 (without losing data) is to boot from Windows 10 bootable usb/dvd, and in windows setup on the second screen you'll find "recovery" in lower left corner. These options should work fine even if some files on pc itself are corrupt (original files from usb will be used)

I don’t have a disk of W10 on hand, I built my computer but I think I just bought a digital key off of amazon? I don’t remember . Either way I’ll try an offline AV scan

If you have another computer you can make bootable usb at any time - the download (not license, but you don't need it for recovery) is free on microsoft's website.

Yeah it was a legitimate key and all, spent a crap ton on it, i don’t know how to load an iso though. I’m fine with losing all my files but I don’t want to have to buy another key.
