Hi so I am building a mining rig and , I use 2 PSUs
PSU1: feeds all the system (motherboard etc + some GPUs)
PSU2: Only feeds some extra GPUs
Unfortunately I couldnt find any PSU dual boot sync pcb readily available where I live so I ordered one from china but this means I have to wait for a long time...
In the meantime cant I just short the PSU2 that feeds only the GPUs (I know how to do that no need to help on that thanks) and then after that boot the system which is fed by PSU 1 ?
Or will this cause problems?

This is an interesting question.
I don't think it will hurt anything....as far as damage hardware.
I think it probably will work.
I can't think of a reason why it would not work.

Edit:...make sure your 0V on both PSUs are tied together
