Mass Effect 2 2nd playthrough advanced weapons?

So I am playing playthrough 2.. in playthrough 1 I choose the assult rifle training and I got the machinegun... I was hoping to get the Widow Sniper rifle in playthrough 2 but as I am on the collectors ship I cannot choose advanced training...
Is there any way even cheats to obtain the Widow sniper rifle? (I am a Soldier class)
