Massive Voltage Drops in i7 6700k - NEED HELP!

Hi Guys ,

So i tried offset mode for the first time ( 4.2 ghz ) and on idle my voltage is 0.624

The Problem is that when i open an application For Eg : Google Chrome ,

The voltage goes from 0.624 to 1.10 - 1.24 and then jumps back to again 0.624 ,

I just wanted to ask that Is this kind of Voltage Drop safe for my CPU?

The offset mode is voltage added to the max VID voltage under load on turbo bins above stock I believe. Still, these voltage swings are normal. Voltage for CPU changes constantly, unless you set a static voltage.
