[SOLVED] Material that RGB fans and ram use?

Hey guys. Quick question. Does anyone know what material goes around the LEDs in RGB fans and ram? I'm talking about the white/clear plastic looking material.

Examples of this material:
The rims/edge of corair rgb fans

There is something I use where I work that is a lot like that.
It's called Delrin.

The plastic looking material is plastic. Delrin as above is one of the plastics used.
