Matrox Millenium 2 2k drivers

I'm looking for some drivers for my matrox millenium II, under windows 2000 and directx 9c I have no direct3d support.

Just curious, what is insufficient about the maxtrox drivers?

the drivers matrox has on it's site when installed on windows 2k with directx 9 do not support direct 3d
