Hello guys,

My brother wants to buy a PC, I will build it (have build one before).

He won't play any heavy games, more games like Sims or other smaller games. But he will also use it to make homework and do usual stuff.

It can cost max ~$800 and he wants it to look cool (glass side panel, leds, etc.)

What components should we buy?

In this budget any esthetic stuff would cost him DEARLY in gaming and windows performance, no matter what games he plays, so it would be childish to go for that kind of stuff.

GeForce 9300M 1GB? Hell, no!

Ermmm...you did read the question? And with DX12 you get both the Skylake and Nvidia GPU. More than nuff for the question.

Nope.

Did you? "he wants it to look cool (glass side panel, leds, etc.)"

It does look cool.
