Max cpu voltage for overclocking

Hi, I have an old CPU and I want to overclock it as much as possible in order to get the most of it before I buy a new one. So I wanted to know what is the max voltage that I can go in order to achieve that.

My CPU is AMD Athlon II X2 250 normal voltage is 1.4. PSU is Nox Urano 650W. Motherboard Gigabyte ga770t-d3l.

Don't go over 1.505v preferably under 1.5v. aftermarket cooler or at least fro FX processors is a must of course.
My 270 was hitting 4.1 GHz at 1.505v and badly stuttering over that voltage no matter how cool it run.

I got mine to 3.6 at 1.5V from 3.0 stock. And I have good cooling it runs 30C idle and around 50 at max load. The thing is that I want to go for more but it seems that it just can't handle it
