Hi, i have an old asus k52jc and the SATA II hdd is dying so i want to buy a new one and i have a question in this regard. I want to know if it's there a maximum capacity of storage so i can buy a SATA III 1 tb hdd. If it is a laptop, buy an SSD. The performance improvement is significant and you get better battery life. SSDs are durable since there are no moving parts.

I recommend you too to use SSD , it has high performance and so fast compared to the others!
