Maximus VII formula and Corsair H100i

Im confused with the Corsair Link USB cable, one end is connected to the pump and the other is the usb. I have the asus maximus vii formula mobo and it has 2 usb headers. One for usb 2.0 and an other but its under ROG_EXT. Just wondering if thats the header i plug into or not, and if not, what do i need to do

Don't use the ROG_EXT, that is for Asus's OC panels and their other special, extra, purchasable equipment. Plug it into the USB header, not with the ROG_EXT labelled one. The ROG_EXT will also work but there is no point for using it with the H100i.
