May I ask if the parts are compatible with each other?

Solution
Spend less on case and get a quad core i5. The build is unbalanced. The Mobo is also too expensive for the build where money would be better put into cooler and a larger SSD. Something like this is better for the price:

Looks fine, I would go with a nice Asus ROG board personally, and go with a 750D Airflow case, which is a tad cheaper, but that's just me.

I would get a decent cooler too when you upgrade the CPU, Air is fine, but you have to be more careful when moving so it won't damage the chip, which is why I prefer AIO liquid cooling for the CPU. The Corsair H115i is a fantastic cooler, my 6700k is overclocked to 4.6GHz and the CPU doesn't go over 50C, I just need to adjust the fan settings and it will run even cooler (I plugged it back in in the wrong 4-pin spot and have been too lazy to redo it)

As for the case, I love my 750D has plenty of room and I completely removed the drive cages since I only use SSDs, so it has tons of airflow, I am considering putting in two ML120s in the bottom as well just to give it a bit more airflow so I can keep my rig quiet.

Those fans are fantastic btw, dead silent at 900rpm and still very quiet at 1100, if you game with a headset you can probably take it higher, but I don't have any heat issues with my rig at all.

Nope. I don't think he wants i5. Actually he already choose i5 before but not satisfied because the threads are equal to the cores which made him go back a little bit and let him go to pentium. He said he wants i7 more because it has 4 cores and 8 threads but he will just try the pentium first. The rest is fine. I like it. for the cpu, it's not mine to decide. But wait, I can't decide on the case too cause he loves it. Plus, he needs the drive bay on front. It's not just for gaming. It's also for his work

I already searched the case. It's better than I thought it would be

Depends on what he's playing. The 7700k is the best gaming CPU on the market right now, as it has the highest core clock speed, that's what you really want, the threads don't matter as much. Especially good for games like WoW that aren't optimized well to use multiple cores.

For example I was using a 3770K which was overclocked to maybe 3.6-3.7GHz and I switched to the 6700K, overclocked it to 4.2GHz and got like 15-20 more fps in WoW, and then when I overclocked my 6700K to 4.6GHz got another 15-20fps. Now I can get like 70-80fps in the middle of the most populated city in the game on one of the highest populated servers on the game, with about 100-200 people on screen and within render distance, whereas before I was struggling to get 90fps flying over the city (get like 200 now).

But anyways my point is sometimes a seemingly tiny CPU upgrade can be HUGE under the right circumstances.

Ok. I will tell him tomorrow. Hope he is satisfied with it . XD Because he will give me his xbox if I helped him with these. Thank you for all of the response

Not worth it lol.

I will NEVER play on another console as long as I have my rig available.
