Looks fine, I would go with a nice Asus ROG board personally, and go with a 750D Airflow case, which is a tad cheaper, but that's just me.
I would get a decent cooler too when you upgrade the CPU, Air is fine, but you have to be more careful when moving so it won't damage the chip, which is why I prefer AIO liquid cooling for the CPU. The Corsair H115i is a fantastic cooler, my 6700k is overclocked to 4.6GHz and the CPU doesn't go over 50C, I just need to adjust the fan settings and it will run even cooler (I plugged it back in in the wrong 4-pin spot and have been too lazy to redo it)
As for the case, I love my 750D has plenty of room and I completely removed the drive cages since I only use SSDs, so it has tons of airflow, I am considering putting in two ML120s in the bottom as well just to give it a bit more airflow so I can keep my rig quiet.
Those fans are fantastic btw, dead silent at 900rpm and still very quiet at 1100, if you game with a headset you can probably take it higher, but I don't have any heat issues with my rig at all.
