Maya software to increase video resolution

Hello,
I have a film of 720x576 resolution how can increase resolution

Can't make something out of nothing. You can re-size to make bigger or smaller but the true resolution is what you have. It can be re-sampled in the re-size process to look 'apparently' larger or smaller.
