Question mc slowing down in windows 11?

I updated to windows 11 and tried to play mc and realized the time it took to eat and break blocks increased, i opened the f3 tab and my mspt was at an average of 50 sometimes spiking up to 200.

chunks are also loading pretty slow sometimes just stopping while all that is happening my fps isnt really dropping. when i was using windows 10 i would get occasional fps drops especially when loading chunks but my mspt never got that high. i tested in a non modded environment and the mspt wasnt spiking up that high and the chunks were loading normally so it might just be because of the mods but the modpack is meant to be more optimized than normal mc. All done in single player. cpu usage was reaching 100% but that shouldve just been causing fps drops there were also times where the cpu usage wasnt at 100% and the mspt was still high.

Specs:
Athlon 3000g
vega 3 integrated graphics with 3gb vram
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram(12.9gb usable)

Modpack: Fabulously optimized

I updated to windows 11
If you upgraded to Windows 11 using the internal upgrade path found on Windows 10, then you will need to recreate your bootable USB installer for Windows 11 and reinstall the OS in offline mode. You're also advised in installing all necessary drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, while in offline mode.
