Is the tuner Xp compatible?
Most plug-in components manufactured in the last 6 years or more have been
made compliant with 'plug and play'.
So f the device is 'plug and play' then Xp will identify it: the next step
is to make sure you have Xp drivers.

You must have the WinXP drivers for the TV tuner card provided by the card
manufacturer. Even if the drivers are not "certified" by Microsoft, they may
just work fine.

Ya so it probably would work because it is plug and play. But could i use mce
to view tv and record or would i have to use the software provided by the tv
tuner?
