MCH & CPU Skew Control

I have a Gigabyte x48-DS4 and pc2-8000 memory with a qx9650 and 2 raptors and 2 HD3870's. I would like to know what your guys thoughts are on MCH & Skew Control and if you guys could post links to sites on these options. What your opinions are? What settings I should go with in a certain situation? Thanks for the replies.

I would leave it alone. 😀
I've googled it and found a bunch of people leaving it at normal.

Thanks, I am starting to like that website, just trying to figure out why I cant run 445 fsb on my memory at 1110 mhz and still get 9500 accross the board in everest. my memory speeds are sucking bad. The best I have done is 8500
