MCH to FSB strap help!? Pics included!

I've been trying to OC this thing with this set to auto and finally realized the error of my ways(first timer). If anyone knows where I should be setting this while i OC, i appreciate the help more than you know.

So the strap setting needs to be at 400 along with a FSB of 400 Mhz correct. What other voltages will i need to adjust after that's done besides the Vcore? What is the avg Vcore for a e5200 running with a 400 Mhz FSB?

If you run with a FSB at 400 @ 1:1 it will give you DDR2-800, you have 1066 Ram. If your just doing this to see how far the FSB will go that's fine, if not adjust the strap to bring it as close to 1066 as you can.

So basically the Strap MCH to FSB function just acts as a multiplier for the speed of the ram dependent on the FSB?
