Medal Of Honor Airborne problem

I have been playing the game but the mouse is crazy! I can't get it under control. I have tried all the adjustments I can do, but it still does not move in a positive way. It takes me three or four seconds to get on a german soldier in order to shoot him. I don't know what to do next. I have installed three patches for the game but it is still the same. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

go to nvidias site. download the newest physics driver... ( only the physics driver ).......... look in control panel add/remove. Remove the physics driver..... ( probably the one that THAT game makes you install ). Reboot. Install the new physics driver. Any different ?
