Can I create a win10 installation flash drive for pc with a mac?

What I'm saying is I just built my gaming rig, my father bought a win10 licence for me (from some company iv never heard of, I thought it was a scam but it appears to be real), but to create the installation usb drive, all I have access to is a mac.

Yes, you just have to split up the process.
1. Download the tool, but when running it, select the "download ISO" option - don't look to create the bootable USB within the tool itself. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
2. USE boot camp assistant to create a bootable USB for Windows: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-create-windows-10-installer-usb-drive-mac

The .iso has been at 4.29gb of 4.38gb for nearly an hour now.

It started over all on it's own, hopefully it will go through this time.

Still having trouble. It keeps saying i need to use a 64bit .iso but i already am. I downloaded it again just to be sure i have the 64bit one. File name is Win10_1607_English_x64.iso

I also tried using a 1tb external had and the same thing, it says I'm not using a 64bit .iso.

The flash drive I'm trying to use is 8gb and it is empty.

I take it back, the flash drive is 16gb

For the record, I downloaded Anniversary Update, not the creator Update, and this is supposed to be win 10 Pro
