I recently purchased a computer with media player 10 on it. I transferred
all my music from old computer but everytime I try to play anthing it says
that it encountered a problem and needs to close. I have a choice at bottom
to send error report or don't sent. no matter which i choose the media player
shuts down and I don't get to hear my music. How can I get this to not
happen.
Previously I was getting a message about the music being copied and I needed
to download a license, Every time I clicked the place that said to download
a license nothing ever happened. I am seriously considering on getting rid
of this media player and getting the older version I had on old computer.
I hope someone has an answer to these problems

NG means newsgroup. He is saying there are newsgroups specifically for
Media Player. This is an XP newusers NG (general) and he is suggesting that
you will get a better answer from the media player geeks (specialists).
