Question Medion Akoya e7214 boots directly to BIOS

Changing boot priority does nothing. I can boot into Windows by pressing f12 to access multi-boot menu, but all the drives alternate names at random so its hard to find the right one. Bios update “succeeds” but does nothing to bios.
 
If your bios has a boot manager showing as a boot device, make sure it is placed 1st.

Search Msconfig and choose System Configuration. With System Configuration window open click on the boot tab. If there is more than one drive showing, click on the windows OS drive and click on the default button; click okay and restart.

Thank you for your fast reply, but sadly, neither of these things made any difference. It still boots straight into the BIOS.
