[citation][nom]jaquith[/nom]You sure in the hell would never know it with all of these G'damn anti-Apple articles or articles with the explicit intention of pitting one patron against one another. Stop it!!! Self Loathing...?? or Hypocrites...?? or Both?Frankly I'm tired of seeing any article with the mere mention of Samsung or Apple anywhere in them.[/citation]
That doesn't add up. I'm not sure how many tech sites you've been browsing around, but Tom's does a pretty good job at keeping articles diverse and within the techie spectrum if you will. Not many Apple anything on here. If you go to a website like cNet, you'll notice that 1 of 3 articles revolves around Apple. and it's not particularly pitting any brand, these guys go a long way try to explain the logic behind their argument with benchmarchs and statistics. That's not something everyone does.
[citation][nom]jaquith[/nom]So you wonder where all of the hate is coming from ... well duh.I use both Apple and Microsoft based PC's, and I like them both. To others deal with it. However, these frigging articles makes one think you as an Editor wouldn't know an Apple from a Donut hole.[/citation]
No one really cares what you use. I mean, we really don't. We come here for guidance on practical and useful hardware facts, sometimes shinny new toys but regardless, we try to evaluate it's worth and value, not it's hype. If you're trying to convince anyone that buying your beloved Apple anything was worth the money you're going to have to do better than that. Trust me, I'm bias often 'cause I hate that Apple logo, but I recognize it's strengths too. Like the iPad for instance. The iPhone is great too, but it's not geek worthy in my eyes. Anyway, unless you're a Avid mac user who uses terminal to modify access permission within a network protocol, I'm not impressed by your little apple logo, and you're argument is not valid.
